Social Center/Clubhouse Reservation

CLUBHOUSE FEES:

• Farmington POA Members: Free for up to 3 hours

• Non-POA Members: $200 for 3 hours

• Farmington POA Members and Non-POA Members: $75 for up to 3 additional hours

Reservation of the Farmington Clubhouse can be made by residents and non-residents by following the instructions below.

Reservations are for a 3-hour time slot, on a first come first serve basis. Set up and clean up time is part of your included rental slot, it cannot be assumed you may set up early, or the day before unless you confirm that with staff the day before.

Requests made less than 2 days prior cannot be guaranteed, even if there is calendar availability.

If POA members wish to reserve for a private function lasting more than 3 hours, there will be a $75 fee for an additional 3 hour block of time. A paid reservation made 30 days in advance would supersede a non-paying reservation.

If you are a Non-POA Member, you can reserve the Social Center for 3 hours for $200.

We request that you do not sign up more than 90 days in advance.

A member over 21 MUST be present at all times.

All reservations must end by 11pm.

Absolutely no tape on the walls.

Any damages will be the responsibility of the person reserving the Clubhouse.

Use of the lounge DOES NOT grant access to the pool or gym for guests.

Access to this space and the workout room is managed digitally through the OpenPath app.
