Welcome to the Farmington Pool employment page for Lifeguards!  

Capture It Events, the pool management company, is now hiring lifeguards for the 2026 pool season.

Applying for a lifeguard position at the Farmington Pool is a chance to join a team that values safety, responsibility, and community. Applicants must hold current lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications or be willing to complete training before the season begins. Strong candidates stay alert, communicate well with patrons, and work effectively with a team during both routine operations and emergency situations.

Applications will be accepted through February 15, 2026. Interviews will take place in March. Lifeguards should be prepared to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours. Reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe pool environment are essential.
